Jason Isbell’s breakthrough 2013 album Southeastern comes out in a deluxe anniversary edition tomorrow (September 29th), and Charles contributed an essay to it. He’s proud of what he wrote and he’s thrilled to be a part of this beautiful collection, which also includes a live performance, original demos, photos, and original handwritten lyrics. You can check it out on vinyl and CD.
